Description
The BrakeQuip BQ129 adapts an M10 x 1.00mm thread to a No. 3 JIC thread (3/8-24, 37-degree flare). It’s used to connect a metric hard line or component to a fitting, hose end, or gauge built to the JIC standard instead of replacing the metric hardware outright. JIC uses a 37-degree flare angle, different from the SAE 45-degree inverted flare and most metric bubble-flare fittings, so confirm the flare style on both sides before assembly.
