Description
The BrakeQuip BQ5555SS is the stainless steel version of the BQ5555 short-pattern male brake line fitting: 3/8 x 24NF thread, sized for 3/16″ tubing, 10mm long with a 3/8″ hex. Stainless resists corrosion better than the standard plated-steel fitting, worth the upgrade on a vehicle exposed to road salt or driven near saltwater.
Used at the flared end of a brake line wherever the mating port calls for 3/8 x 24NF and clearance is tight enough to need the short pattern. Stocked and shipped by BrakeQuip Products.
