Description
The BrakeQuip BQ9169 is a male M12 x 1.0mm brake line fitting for 1/4 in. OD tubing, using the DIN-standard 1.0mm thread pitch rather than the coarser 1.25mm pitch found on BQ9157. The two look similar but are not interchangeable — a 1.0mm and a 1.25mm fitting will cross-thread rather than seal. Confirm which pitch your vehicle uses (DIN/European applications commonly run 1.0mm) before ordering.
